Common questions

Yes — Screen Sherpa is free to install and use. The core features including screenshot assistance, form filling, and file uploads are all available at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the essentials will always remain free.
No. Screenshots and uploaded files are sent to our secure backend for AI processing and then immediately discarded. They are never stored permanently, never sold to third parties, and never used for advertising or tracking. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Screen Sherpa requests only the permissions it needs: access to the current tab (to take a screenshot when you explicitly click), and storage (to save your preferences locally). It does not run in the background, track your browsing history, or access your data passively.
Currently Screen Sherpa is a Chrome extension and works on Google Chrome and any Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Arc, etc.). Firefox and Safari support may be added in the future.
Since screenshots and uploads aren't stored permanently, there's minimal data to delete. Any locally stored preferences are removed when you uninstall the extension. To request any additional data deletion, email us at tad@mainave.marketing.
